The Biggest Loser Finale

Tonight was the last show for the season...and a girl finally won! At the beginning of the year, several of us had weight loss goals, and I am not sure where everybody stands, but I do know that my dad, my sister Betsy, TJ, and I have all lost some weight.

Betsy has lost at least 5 pounds (maybe more?) but says she is back to the size she wants to be. My dad has not weighed in recently but has lost at least 10 pounds. TJ has lost about 16 pounds and 8 inches around his waist. I have lost 15-17 pounds, but I really haven't noticed yet. At least it is progress for all, and it sounds as if everyone has had a healthy weight loss number.

So for all those who have lost weight, CONGRATULATIONS!!!
